1. Profile: Technical Support Executive
2. Office Timings: 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM
3. Job Location: Jaipur (On-Site)
4. Working Days: 5 Days (Monday-Friday)
5. Work Mode: On-Site
6. Probation Period: 6 Months
7. Stipend Range: Rs. 10000 to Rs. 15000 (Based on Interview)
8. Compulsory: Technical Background: BCA, MCA, B.Tech (CS), M.Tech (CS)

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Assist customers by understanding their needs and providing accurate information.
2. Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve their technical issues.
3. Offer training and demonstrations to end-users on product functionality and best practices.
4. Work with development, quality assurance, and IT teams to resolve complex issues.
5. Provide regular reports on recurring issues, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
