Job Description
- Opening for Male Candidate only
- Comfortable to work in 16X5(Afternoon and Night) Process environment.
- Ensure accuracy of data and user records. Preparing Reports in advanced Excel.
- Respond promptly to email within TAT
- Assist LMS Support Team with problem-solving process and escalate as necessary
- Create Training documentation and PowerPoint ppt with basic animation as per the requirement of client.
- Basic Multimedia, & graphic designing knowledge will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1 year of customer support (Non Voice)
- Excellent communication skills in English (writing and interpersonal skills).
- Ability to work independently, and collaboratively
- Strong computer skills required (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Basic Multimedia Skills – Adobe Photoshop, Flash, HTML5
