Greetings!! 
  • We are hiring for Technical Support/CSA (International US voice / Chat & Backend) LOB: Kiwi, yahoo .
  • Location- Indore - Vijay Nagar.
Eligibility criteria :
  • Fresher or Exp. With Min. 6 months exp. in BPO Technical Support Process / Any international process.
  • Graduate/Undergraduate
Knowledge Required: 
  • Technical Support
  • Good in communication - Written and Oral, Good in Basic Computers Technical Troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable with 24*7 Rotational Night Shifts and Rotational Offs .
  • Job Type: Permanent .
  • Both side Transport facility available (Pick & Drop). 
  • 5 Days Working on alternative weeks. 
  • CTC - Rs 2,52,000 to Rs 3,24,000 p.a with huge incentives and medical cover.
