Job Description
- An international BPO is looking for only candidates who can close their own calls in Tech Support Inbound or Outbound Voice Process.
- Note:Freshers this is not for you,only if a candidate is an experience in tech support coming from international bpo background then he/she can apply only.
- Vacancy for only Calling Profile.
- Candidates needs to solve the issues of the customers problems in their laptops or deskstop and then mould the customer by giving him/her a resolution by taking remote access in which the candidates needs to diagnose the issues by troubleshooting and giving a resolution based on the problems also need to make salesafter giving the resolution of their problems after the sale is made the final step is to connect it to the technician for service and to close the case.
- Candidates needs to fluent in English
- Candidates to close his/her own calls.
- Candidates needs to have experience in tech support for 6months or 1 year related to troubleshooting laptops and desktop.
- Candidates needs to be flexible.
- Candidates can only apply for night shift.
