- Eligibility: Undergraduates with minimum 6 months of experience.
- Graduates freshers and Post Graduates can also apply.
- Job Location: Hyderabad, Banglore, Indore, Jaipur and Pune.
- Other necessary Information:
- Candidates who are willing to work on the rotational shifts will be considering as a first preference with the immediate joining.
- Perks: 5 days working and Transport allowance (If applicable), Night Shift allowance, Over time, Performance Incentives (if applicable).
Requirements:
- Must have excellent communication skills in
English (Verbal/Written).
- Should have good attitude towards learning new
technologies.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Good comprehension skills ability to clearly
understand and state the issues customers present
.
- Ability to concentrate follow customers issues
without distraction to resolution.
- Good composition skills ability to compose a
grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written
response.
- Work successfully in a team environment as well as
independently.
- Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work
environment.
- Computer Knowledge/Skills.
