Job Description
This Technical Support Apprenticeship gives you hands-on experience supporting
enterprise customers and channel partners in deploying and operating UC products.
You will gain skills in:
Troubleshooting UC software platforms & applications
Supporting hardware endpoints (IP phones, headsets, gateways, SBCs, CPE
devices)
Managing system configurations & provisioning
Troubleshooting voice, video & collaboration issues
Understanding VoIP protocols, SIP signaling, RTP media flow
Customer case handling & escalation management
Providing step-by-step guidance and ensuring excellent customer experience
Successful apprentices may be considered for full-time roles based on performance.
