Job Description

Note: Due to COVID-19 Pandemic Effect all the interview process would happen virtually post the lockdown, selected people will be working from Ambattur Facility (Ambit IT Park)

Designation: Technical Support ( Tier1 Email / Chat Support ) Non-Voice Process

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate / Diploma from 2019.
People from any batch(passed out the year before 2019) will eligible if you are meeting the criteria and still looking out for a job.

Skills Required:

Good written and verbal communication in English, should be able to write (frame sentences) without grammatical error
Knowledge in gaming would be added advantage

Skill/Channel: Tier1 Email/Chat

Roles and Responsibilities:

Build a good/professional relationship with customers and resolve their issues
Understand customer issues by probing the right questions and respond to the customer’s emotion
Type a minimum of 30 words per minute with 85% accuracy or above

Work Timings and Shifts :

HOOP (hours of operation): 11:00AM to 8:00PM PDT (pacific daylight time) in IST (Indian Standard time) this will be 11:30 PM to 8:30 AM
Work in the night shift allotted and also should be ready to work in a rotational offs - based environment

Salary: 1.8PLPA to 2.10LPA
