Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Development
Design and develop comprehensive training curriculum on Gen AI and Agentic AI fundamentals
Create specialized training modules tailored to different technical domains:
Infrastructure Engineering (AI infrastructure, GPU management, scaling AI workloads)
Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure - AI/ML services and deployment patterns)
DevOps & SRE (CI/CD for AI, monitoring AI systems, cost optimization, incident response)
Network & Workplace (network infrastructure for AI workloads, edge AI considerations)
Service Desk & IT Operations (AI-assisted ticket routing, chatbots, knowledge management)
ServiceNow Integration (AI-powered workflows, automation, intelligent service delivery)
Develop learning objectives, assessments, and success metrics for each module
Create hands-on labs, case studies, and real-world scenarios relevant to each audience
Keep curriculum current with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices
Training Delivery
Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions to diverse audiences
Conduct instructor-led workshops, webinars, and self-paced online courses
Facilitate hands-on labs and practical exercises with technical infrastructure
Adapt training content and delivery style based on audience expertise and learning preferences
Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and lunch-and-learn events
Mentor and coach team members on AI applications within their roles
Audience Engagement & Assessment
Assess learner understanding through quizzes, labs, projects, and feedback
Evaluate training effectiveness through post-course surveys and performance metrics
Identify skill gaps and recommend follow-up training or resources
Build inclusive learning experiences that engage participants from diverse technical backgrounds
Gather feedback and continuously improve training materials and delivery
Content & Knowledge Management
Develop and maintain training documentation, guides, and resource libraries
Create video tutorials, demos, and recorded sessions for on-demand learning
Build a knowledge repository of AI use cases and implementation examples
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to validate technical accuracy
Maintain training materials in accessible formats (videos, slides, documentation, labs)
Program Development & Support
Design training roadmaps that align with organizational learning goals
Track training metrics (completion rates, satisfaction scores, skill acquisition)
Identify opportunities for new training programs or upskilling initiatives
Support onboarding of new team members with AI and technology training
Work with IT and operations teams to understand real-world challenges and translate them into training scenarios
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of infrastructure engineering, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and DevOps practices
Familiarity with service desk tools and processes, ideally ServiceNow
Hands-on experience with at least one of: infrastructure automation, CI/CD, monitoring, or IT service management
Basic understanding of Python, scripting, or infrastructure-as-code (beneficial but not required)
Proficiency with presentation and training tools (PowerPoint, video editing, learning management systems)
Gen AI & Agentic AI Knowledge
Solid understanding of generative AI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG)
Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, workflows, and orchestration
Knowledge of AI applications in IT operations and infrastructure automation
Understanding of AI ethics, bias, and responsible AI deployment
Ability to explain AI concepts in accessible, non-technical language
