* Have to take theory and practical classes for engineering graduates.
* assign tasks on daily basis to students.
* resolve student queries and doubts. mentoring the student through hands on learning.
* Handling various batches, evaluating every student .
*Transform the students to professionals.
*Conducting weekly test , quizzes and java puzzles in regular time intervals.
* Co ordinate with HR about the student's performance.
