Job Description
Job Role: Technical Writer Qualification: BA in English Literature or BE with 1 to 2 years of relevant technical writing experience. Required Skills: • Good understanding of technical writing standards. • Proficiency in design tools for basic screen captures/edits. • Superior written and verbal communication skills – have a natural ability to communicate ideas efficiently. • Excellent communication skills in establishing and maintaining communication with internal subject matter experts and other project team members. • Strong working knowledge of the following tools: • MS Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint • Adobe Acrobat DC, Technical Documentation, User guide, User Manual, Tech Note, App note • Adobe FrameMaker knowledge will be an added advantage.
