About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Speak to clients/customers to quickly get to the root of their problem and document them to pass it to the Quality team
2. Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation
3. Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality
