Job Description
Company Overview:
SYRMA-SCS is involved in the manufacturing of products such as laptops, EV vehicles, healthcare machines, telecom and Wi-Fi equipment, solar controllers, motherboards, and wearable electronic items.
Manpower Requirement:
Total requirement: 200 headcounts
Current open positions: 50
Candidates qualification: ITI, Diploma, and Degree holders
Post-hiring, candidates will undergo 5 days of training at the same workplace.
Salary Structure:
Monthly salary range: ₹15,000 to ₹16,500 in Hand
Shift Details:
The company operates in 3 rotating shifts:
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (single-way transportation provided within a 5 km radius)
12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (single-way transportation provided within a 5 km radius)
Shifts will rotate on a weekly basis.
Facilities & Policies:
One-time food will be provided per shift
Dress code is mandatory, and uniforms will be provided by the company
Mobile not allowed inside the floorOvertime is available, with a maximum of 2 hours per day
