1.     A person having desire to work hard with / without work knowledge and experience treated as Technician.

2.     A person who is not technically qualified and with less education can be taken as Technician.

3.     Technician without work knowledge should go along with seniors and learn the quality and commitment of work.

4.     Trained technician should be ready to accept assigned work by engineer.

5.     Every technician shall attend work at any site irrespective of the distance and accessibility.

6.     Technician should maintain work report on daily basis and get it acknowledged by his superiors (Engineer / Supervisor of the site)

7.     Need to be punctual and disciplined at work spot.

8.     Every technician is allowed to avail one day leave per month.  Same can be availed with a leave request in written.  Oral requests are not entertained.

9.     OT hours calculated based on the number of additional man hours spent by technician at work spot after office hours.  Every OT work should be acknowledged by his superior / project engineer on regular basis.

10.  Technician should ensure to submit his work report by 1st of every month of the previous month.

11.  Technician travelling out of station on official work has to maintain expense report, travel tickets, bills for the material purchased and should submit the expense report immediately after his return to office. 

12.  Technician fails to submit his travel expenses on his return within a week will not be accepted and the money taken in advance for expenses will be treated as personal expenditure and the same will be deducted from his salary.

13.  Technician should maintain safety at every site, responsible to keep the tools in-tact and report loss of tools or damage immediately to his superior / project engineer.

14.  Indiscipline attitude of technician, negligence is not at all acceptable by any technician during his employment.

15.  Every new technician will be under probation for 6 months and during the probation, technician’s performance will be monitored.  If he is found irresponsible and not good enough to discharge his duties to the satisfaction of the Company, will be terminated from services without assigning any reasons there of.
