Job Description
Non-Executive cadre for Helicopter Division and Aerospace
Composite Division located in Bangalore (Karnataka). All these posts are to be
filled under Tenure Basis (Contract Basis) for a period of 4 years.
Diploma Technician (Mechanical) (Channel D) (Scale 6) / No. of Posts Total : 02 01-Ex servicemen (UR) 01- OH (SC)
Qualification : Diploma In Mechanical.
BAMEC (Mechanical) (Channel D) (Scale 6)/ No. of Posts Total : 01 (SC)
Qualification: (BAMEC Certificate) Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Certificate (BAMEC) In addition to the above Qualification, training / Experience in Rotary Wing / Helicopters will be preferred.
Note: Kindly note that Diploma in Mechanical is not eligible to apply for this post.

Age limit: 28 years as on 01.05.2018
Qualification: a) The qualification of Diploma Engineering / Technology here would mean Regular / Full time Diploma in Engineering / Technology acquired from recognized institutions / State board of Technical Education under the 10+3 system. b) The qualification of ITI / NAC here would mean Regular / Full Time course after 10th Standard. c) Candidates possessing the Qualifying courses through Regular/ Full-Time courses will only be considered. Candidates possessing Part Time / Correspondence / Distance Education / E-learning will not be eligible to apply.
Application Fee: a) Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) is to be paid as application fee. The application fee is non-refundable. b) Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD are exempted from payment of application fees. c) The above application fee is to be deposited in the name of “HAL- Helicopter Division (Recruitment Account)” bearing account number 36566499939 at any core banking branches of State Bank of India (SBI) only in the prescribed challan.
Selection Procedure: The place of written test centre is Bangalore.
The minimum percentage of marks scored by the candidates in the qualifying examination i.e. Diploma or ITI & NAC as the case may be in the respective trades / disciplines is mentioned as;UR / OBC 60% & above, SC / ST / PWD 50% & above.
Places of Posting: Selected candidates will be posted at HAL, Helicopter Division and Aerospace Composite Division, Bangalore depending upon the requirements.
Pay & Remuneration: Basic Pay + Personal Pay-Scale- 05 Rs.15910,Scale-06 Rs.16820 Other Benefits & Allowances Appx. Scale- 05 Rs. 20705 ,Scale-06 Rs.21590
