Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for energetic, hardworking, and intelligent candidates to join our team as Plumbing Technicians in a leading swimming pool company. The role involves assisting senior technicians at project sites, learning plumbing techniques, installing and maintaining swimming pool systems, and ensuring smooth technical operations.
This is an entry-level position with excellent learning opportunities. Candidates will initially work under the supervision of experienced technicians, and salary increments will be provided once the candidate becomes a permanent employee.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plumbing Installation & Maintenance
-
Assist senior technicians in installing piping systems, valves, pumps, filters, and other plumbing components for swimming pools.

Learn and follow proper installation techniques for water circulation and filtration systems.

Support the team in carrying out preventive maintenance and repair activities.
-
Help in detecting leaks, blockages, or faults in plumbing lines and equipment.
2. Site Support & Assistance
-
Visit client sites along with senior technicians for swimming pool installation, maintenance, and repair work.

Carry tools, equipment, and materials required for site work.

Follow the instructions of senior technicians and supervisors carefully to ensure quality work.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, fittings, and work areas.
3. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving

Assist in identifying technical problems related to plumbing systems and equipment.

Learn troubleshooting techniques from senior technicians to resolve site issues effectively.
-
Help replace damaged pipes, fittings, and valves when required.
-
Report critical issues to senior team members for immediate resolution.
4. Learning & Development
-
Gain hands-on training in plumbing techniques, swimming pool filtration systems, and water treatment processes.

Understand basic electrical connections related to pumps and automation systems used in pools.

Learn to read technical diagrams and follow standard installation procedures.

Participate in company-provided training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge.
5. Safety & Compliance
-
Follow company safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Ensure proper handling of tools, chemicals, and plumbing materials.

Report any potential safety hazards or accidents to the site supervisor.

Comply with organizational policies and industry safety standards.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

Basic knowledge of plumbing tools, fittings, and systems.

Understanding of pumps, valves, pipes, and filtration equipment used in swimming pools.
