What you'll do:
- To ensure client satisfaction, keeping a close contact with them
- To handle and coordination with creative, Operations and production Team.
- To solicit for additional business after previous sales is concluded.
- To conduct survey on customer satisfaction and hence increase customer delight level.
- Revenue generation & Project Delivery.
- Maintaining the relationship with the existing clients.
- Onsite supervision on an event .
- Have to make calls to clients Brief them regarding the products Acquisition of Client,
- Having the experience in Cold calling.
