Job Description

JD TELECALLER/TELESALES

Handled the responsibilities of ensuring that all the queries and complaints of a customer are promptly attended.
Trace relevant statistics about clientele.
Responsible for handling inbound & Outbound calls from the customers
Responsible for revenue generation by package sale conversion
Excellent verbal communication, fluency in the regional language / English, listening skills, service orientation,
Coordinate and supervise all activities for clients.
All duties and tasks performed are to be corrected procedurally timely and consistently, effective and efficient work to be practised.
Service standards to the client as first and last impressions are lasting ones.
Warm and friendliness of high standards with clients would be your goal.
Ensure to interact with the clients & enable the team to understand their requirements.
To ensure that all clients are provided with concise information concerning the services and facilities provided by us.
Payment follows up till the closure should be closely monitored.
Providing client feedback/ Maintain daily reports on a daily basis.
Responsible for maintaining all client documentation
