Skills:
- Graduate, preferably with experience or understanding of the banking, mutual
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Good desktop computer and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to work equally well independently and within a team.
- Strong work ethic and efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to all new leads via telephone and email
- Inform and educate prospective clients about our online advisory offering and
- Collect detailed information about leads and registrants and help them
- Work with Operations and Advisory team to analyze and accurately resolve customer inquiries within designated time frames to ensure best in class service standards
- Ensure that all customers are handled with total honesty and courtesy to deliver
