Job Description
- This position comes under sales department, The main task will be cold calling, as per the data base of customers candidate have to call them and record the feedback.
- Candidate need to make quotations and discussing RFQ with customer’s.
- Candidate will report to sales manager.
- Maintain Customer Database and data management.
- Cold calling to the customer from the given database
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting.
- Sharing or sending the quotation with new clients through email.
- Female candidates will be preferred.
