Generate Sales and interact with prospective customers through modes like Mail, Phone, Chat etc.
Communication Skills Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
To identify the portfolio and requirements of the prospective customers.
The candidate should have good communication skills, ability to think on their feet, be hard working, self-motivated and should be willing to work in a highly result oriented environment and a team player.
Multilingual fluency is an added advantage.
Candidates Should be innovative/ Should be courteous, professional and polite. -
Should be very confident and presentable
Must be able to speak in English, Hindi & Bengali
