Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company Experience of services.
• Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information about Service’s, services, offers, and company policies.
• Generate leads through tele calling and follow up with prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service information.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and customers to support conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Record customer details, call outcomes, and follow-up information accurately in CRM or company records.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion and customer follow-up.
• Maintain good customer relationships and represent the company professionally during every interaction.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and/or relevant local languages.
• Confident and polite telephone manner.
• Basic computer and MS Office/CRM knowledge.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Freshers can apply; prior teleselling or customer service experience is an advantage.
