Job Description
We are seeking energetic and persuasive Tele-Callers to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident, have good selling skills, and be able to achieve monthly sales targets through effective customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services. Convince customers and drive them towards purchase closure. Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude. Meet monthly sales targets set by the management.
Skills & Requirements:Strong communication and convincing skills.Good product knowledge and sales aptitude.Customer-focused and performance-driven mindset.Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Qualifications: Minimum education: 10th standard and above.
Age Limit: 21 years and above.
