Process Associate - Calling ( Male or Female with experience or freshers )Role and Responsibility:➢ Contact customers by phone to collect overdue payments.➢ Research customer accounts to identify the best contact information and payment options➢ Negotiate payment arrangements with customers.➢ Follow up with customers to ensure they are making payments on time.Required skills:➢ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.➢ Basic knowledge of Microsoft office suite.➢ Additional certifications in collection would be an added advantageQualification: Any GraduateLanguages Prefer:Fluency in English with strong communication skills. Proficiency in Regional Languages is an advantage.
