Job Description
- Recruit students by developing alumni networks; evaluating recruiting techniques and materials; interviewing prospective students; initiating campaigns to induce students to attend the university.
- Make outbound calls to generate prospective leads from the point of inquiry to registration
- Performing counseling & career guidance for interested students by making outbound calls
- Counselling of Students / parents on courses offered by brand.
- Follow up on a daily basis with prospective student leads
- Converting prospect into Admissions.
- Send personalized email and messages on special occasions to prospective leads
- Seek regular and consistent support from the subject matter expert to be able to provide correct information while making calls
- Handling enquiries and getting the enrollments done by counselling on phone.
- Fixing appointments for counseling, explaining the students about various courses.
- Willingness to grow within the segment & lead in future
