Job Description
To make telephonic calls and schedule appointments on lead data generated from various sources with an aim to increase the sales of the branch and positively contribute to achieving sales targets.
Relationship building with clients.Should be highly energetic and enthusiastic.Processing inquiries generated through telesales.Responding to queries from clients and give timely support when requested.Coordinating with the operation team to ensure a timely response to inquiries.Enter and update customer information in the database.Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Improve customer experience and provide value-added services so as to keep the customer engaged with the organization.Having face to face discussion, skype and outreach meetings with the clients.Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.Self-Motivated & Goal-oriented.Client Relation related activities.General Day shift - 6 Days working.Females are Preferred.Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
