Job Description
ITGURU has partnered with various universities to offer external Graduate and Post graduate courses i.e MBA, MCA, MCom, BA , BCom. etc. Now, we are looking for live wire telesales girls to inform our target about the courses and enroll them. The job profile includes:
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about our courses as per their profiles.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
The salary includes excellent incentive scheme.
