Job Title: Tele- Sales Executive

Job Description:
- You are expected to call prospective clients i.e. students and their parents.
- Explain the various courses to the clients, offer free trials, generate interest and finally close the sale.
- Processing 50 new calls per day.
- Closing a minimum of 30 sales per month.
- It is primarily a calling process and includes cold outbound calls.
- You are expected to work on monthly and quarterly targets.
- Fluency in Malayalam is required. Additional knowledge in other regional languages is an added benefit.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
- Exceptional convincing skill is a pre-requisite for this profile.
- Only highly competitive and energetic people required.
- Ability to improvise pitch under various situations.
- Target oriented strategizing and planning needed to meet monthly goals
