We are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Telecallers for business outreach.

This is a commission-only role.
There is no fixed salary and no guaranteed income.

Your work will involve calling business owners and introducing them to our services. Interested clients will be handled by our senior consultant.

• You earn commission per successful sale

• Average performers may earn ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

• High performers can earn more

• Earnings depend entirely on your performance and consistency

Commission is paid only after the company receives payment from the client.
No payment is made for calls, leads, or “interested” responses.

• Make outbound calls to businesses using the provided script

• Clearly explain the basic introduction (no selling, no pricing)

• Identify interested prospects

• Schedule a callback with the senior consultant

• Maintain basic call discipline and honesty
