Job Description
- Hiring candidates for partner schools through organic search and platforms
- Managing recruitment and delivering within deadlines for all positions given
- Ensuring all reference checks and joining formality procedures and maintaining record
- Implementing recruitment SOP across partner schools and auditing recruitment norms
- Campus placements through tie ups B.Ed colleges & related institutions for partner schools
- Tele-calling of Prospective franchisees generated through digital marketing and other activities.
- Follow-up on future prospects and fixing appointments for business development team
- Assigning of Enquiries to manager on daily basis and recording the same on internal ERP
- Desk survey for prospective investors ,who showed interest for franchises during telesales
- Preparing internal Presentations on competitive analysis through desk surveys
- Updating business team on regular updates on feedback from prospective
