Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecaller Intern who are confident in speaking with people and want to grow their communication and marketing skills. You’ll be responsible for making outbound calls, sharing basic information about our services, and helping generate interest from potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling:

Make calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads.

Introduce the company’s products or services and explain key features.

Generate interest, qualify leads, or set up follow-up calls for the senior sales team.

Take notes of customer responses and update call status accurately.

Inbound Support:

Handle incoming calls from customers with queries or requests.

Provide basic information about products, services, offers, or pricing.

Record feedback, questions, or complaints and escalate to relevant departments if needed.

Database Management:

Maintain records of conversations, customer details, and outcomes in Excel or CRM systems.

Assist in cleaning and updating the calling database regularly.

Customer Relationship:

Build rapport with prospective customers through friendly and confident interaction.

Address basic objections or concerns, and redirect complex issues to supervisors.

Team Coordination:

Work closely with team members and supervisors for daily calling targets and updates.

Share daily progress reports and feedback with the team leader.

Learning and Development:

Attend training sessions related to product knowledge, communication skills, and CRM use.

Participate in team meetings and performance review sessions.
