Responsibilities and Duties

Person will be responsible for taking outbound or inbound  calls on response based campaigns.

 He/She will call the customer and explain about the details of the product accordingly. 

 He/She will be responsible to clarify all doubts and queries of the customers considering all parameters, as per our quality guidelines.

 Should be able to communicate in English & Hindi both languages must.
