Job description for Customer care Executive-

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  
• To call customers & explain the projects features & , services on the interested clients on the online enquiries generated on property sites such as Magic bricks, etc.
  
• Generate leads & meet the target of enquirer generated telephonically.
  
•  Follow-up with the customers & convince the clients to visit site office.
  
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  
• Coordinate with sales & marketing department for the final closure of leads and Post Sales.
  
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas. 
  
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. 
  
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  

• UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required
  
• Only Female candidates are required.
  
• Experience into real estate industry will be preferable.
  
• Self motivated, goal oriented and confident.
  
• Excellent communication skills. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. 
  
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. 
  
• Excellent Networking skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
• Excellent written /oral skills.
  
• Ability to sustain a conversation. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  
• Basic Computer / excel knowledge is a must.
