- An executive have to take inbound calls along with outbound calls and able to demonstrate the product to the customer.
- Executives need to call a client and able to resolve his/her queries related to the product.
- Executives must have a clear understanding of the product/service they are work on and should be able to explain well.
- Person should Influence customers to buy or retain product or service by following a pitch according to the customer interaction.
- This is a high-engagement role and thus requires a candidate who is extremely motivated, dedicated, and passionate about their responsibilities.
- Communication skills is a must.
