Job Description
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sound Technical Knowledge of DNS & Web Hosting
- Basic knowledge of Perl, CHI, HTML, Java & e-commerce
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite, include Excel
- Good Customer service & interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Multi task
- Good Typing Speed (25-30 w.p.m.)
- Undergraduate(Minimum 6 months of experience)/Graduate/Post Graduate.
- Attitude : Time Conscious ,Detail Orientation ,Flexible & Adaptability ,Patience ,Proactive
- Customer Support ; Deliver customer experience to customers by ensuring timely and efficient responses.
- Assist Customers to resolve their queries, appropriately raise service requests and drive customer satisfaction
- Service hours– Rotational 24 x 7
- Qualification – Graduate / Undergraduate with 6 Months relevant experience.(Fresher's Can Apply)
- To deliver service & resolution experience to all the customers
- Successfully resolve customer queries through CRM & Knowledge Base
- Document in detail all interactions with customers
- Effectively articulate information to customers
- Educate customers on products.
- Help customers to be successful
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase customer retention and satisfaction through the use of up/cross selling products and services
- Successfully performs against department scorecard metrics including Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, and NPS.
