• The Gross annual fixed cost will include Basic, HRA, Conveyance Allowance, SpecialAmount, LTA, Medical, Provident Fund, Gratuity, ESI and Bonus / Ex-gratia only.• CTC refers to the cost to company (per annum) involved in recruiting the candidate, which will include all components forming a part of the salary structure of the company including benefits of provident fund, superannuation or gratuity as the case may be.For specialist positions, the applicable rate will be decided on a case to case basis as and when such requirements are specified.
