Job Description
- Produce new sales opportunities through inbound and follow-up calls
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements and resolve customer service issues
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key customers and generate interest through follow-up and upsell
- Maintain and expand a database of prospective customers
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality
- Be flexible and adaptive to changing job responsibilities in a dynamic business environment
