Designation - Tele Calling Associate || BDE

Job Responsibilities :

Ensuring that all customers receive excellent service through salesmanship and prompt and courteous service.
Assisting customers with questions & needs on call.
Cultivating successful relationships with retail customers.
Completing each transaction in a quick and efficient manner.
Identifying customer requirements and assisting customers with purchase decisions.
End to end client management on calls.
Relationship building with clients.
Stakeholder management
Processing inquiries generated through telesales.
Responding to queries of clients and give timely support when requested

We are looking for:

Someone with 1-4 years of work experience
Good judgment and swift decision-making skills
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
