- Need to make cold calls taking leads & maintain customer database.
- Schedules and performs the followup after the initial contact.
- Maintain contact with existing customers through emails, sms and by phone calls.
- Maintain MIS and reports.
- Add details and Update CRM
- Candidate should be fluent in Malayalam and English.
- Computer Knowledge (Ms Word, Excel, etc)

- Excellent communication skills.
- Skills in handling multiple languages.
- Comfortable for working in startup environment.
