Job Description
Introduction
We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, handling customer queries, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets. This role is perfect for someone who has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for interacting with people.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company database or leads.

Explain company products/services and create interest among potential customers.

Generate quality leads and forward them to the sales team for conversion.

Maintain a high conversion ratio by effective pitching techniques.
2. Inbound Call Handling
-
Attend inbound calls and handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Provide detailed product information and guide customers toward suitable solutions.

Resolve customer complaints or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
3. Sales & Revenue Generation
-
Promote products/services to customers and convince them to make a purchase.

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to maximize revenue.
4. Customer Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups.

Update customer information in CRM tools and maintain accurate records.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Reporting & Coordination
-
Maintain call logs and prepare daily and weekly reports.

Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams.

Share customer feedback with the management team for process improvement.
Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and regional languages (as applicable)

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and convincing skills

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office / CRM software
-
Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at multitasking
