Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Telecaller for our Optical Software, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to optical shop owners, explain the benefits of our software, and convince them to adopt our platform for managing their business. You will play a vital role in introducing our cutting-edge software to the optical industry, helping them streamline operations, improve customer service, and increase sales.
You will be required to make outbound calls to potential customers, build rapport, and guide them through the features and advantages of using our software. This position offers a competitive incentive structure after 60 days based on performance and the number of successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling

Make outbound calls to optical shop owners or managers to introduce and explain our optical software solution.

Understand the needs of the business and tailor the pitch to emphasize how the software can improve their daily operations (e.g., inventory management, customer records, billing, etc.).

Engage in effective communication to build rapport, trust, and persuade shop owners to try or adopt the software.
2. Product Explanation

Provide clear, concise, and persuasive explanations of how the software works and its benefits.

Demonstrate the key features of the software, including its ease of use, efficiency, and ability to enhance customer experience.

Handle questions and concerns about the software, ensuring potential customers understand its value.
3. Handling Objections

Address any objections or concerns raised by potential customers and convert them into positive leads.

Explain the free trial period or demo version to encourage hesitant shop owners to try the software before making a commitment.

Overcome challenges and convince potential customers of the software’s benefits over competitors.
4. Lead Management

Record detailed information about customer interactions and maintain accurate data in CRM or call tracking systems.

Follow up with leads who show interest in the software, ensuring they stay engaged throughout the sales process.

Schedule product demos or follow-up calls for further clarification or technical explanations, if required.
5. Reporting and Feedback

Report the outcomes of calls and daily activities to the sales manager or team leader.

Maintain a log of calls made, status of leads, and any issues encountered during the call process.

Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve marketing and sales strategies.
6. Meet Performance Targets

Meet daily/weekly/monthly call quotas and conversion goals.

Focus on driving a high number of qualified leads and successful conversions.

Work towards earning incentives based on the number of successful sales or sign-ups after 60 days.
