Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
-
Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential or existing customers using a prepared script or customized pitch.

Introduce the company’s products or services to potential clients and explain their benefits clearly and persuasively.

Ask relevant questions to understand customer requirements, interests, and decision-making capacity.

Follow up with leads who have shown interest but haven't yet made a decision.

Maintain a polite, positive, and persuasive tone throughout the call, even when dealing with objections or rejection.
Inbound Support:
-
Answer incoming calls from customers or leads and resolve queries related to products, pricing, availability, appointments, or services.

Guide customers through the buying or registration process.

Provide information on offers, discounts, and promotions when required.
Lead Management:
-
Record accurate details of customer interaction, interest level, and contact information in CRM or Excel sheets.

Classify leads based on potential, urgency, or status (e.g., hot, warm, cold).

Ensure timely follow-ups are made as per call schedule or reminders.
Sales Support:
-
Convert leads into confirmed sales, registrations, bookings, or appointments based on company targets.
-
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
-
Coordinate with the sales or field team when further action is required (e.g., site visits, demo scheduling).
Customer Feedback:
-
Gather feedback about products, services, or interactions to help the company improve its offerings.
-
Escalate complaints or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
