Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Making Outbound Calls

Make daily outbound calls to potential or existing customers to introduce the company’s products or services.

Use given databases, leads, or cold calling strategies to connect with customers.

Initiate a friendly and engaging conversation to assess customer interest and eligibility for specific offerings.
2. Receiving Inbound Calls
-
Answer incoming customer queries or service-related calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Provide accurate information about the products/services being offered.

Help resolve customer doubts or issues and route complex queries to relevant departments.
3. Lead Generation and Follow-Up
-
Identify prospective customers through conversations and generate interest in the product or service.

Maintain a systematic follow-up schedule for potential leads and ensure timely callbacks.

Update CRM or lead tracking software with details of conversations and outcomes.
4. Sales Support
-
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly to the customer.

Encourage customers to make a purchase or book an appointment/demo.

Assist the sales team in converting leads into customers by providing all necessary information.
5. Customer Service
-
Resolve basic issues related to billing, product usage, delivery status, or service feedback.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by handling calls with patience and professionalism.

Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff or the relevant department.
6. Data Entry and Documentation
-
Record details of every call, including the nature of the call, customer details, and next steps.

Maintain organized records of call logs, inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

Generate daily or weekly call reports for management review.
7. Meeting Targets
-
Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets related to the number of calls, lead generation, and sales.

Follow call scripts and sales pitch guidelines while maintaining a natural and conversational tone.
