Responsibilities
  • Daily report to team leader.
  • Maintain daily call details and customer information in the database
  • Should have excellent communication skills.
  • Regular follow ups.
  • Maintain relationship with the clients.
  • Should have experience of handling both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Should have good convincing power.
  • Should be presentable.
  • Have good command over English and Hindi Language.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
  • Handling & providing solution customer queries.
  • Explain the product to the customer.
  • Should be able to work with team.
