Job Title: Telecaller

Qualification: 12th or HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate)

Salary Range:
Between 7000 INR to 20000 INR

Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote Digiaxle web design and digital marketing services.
Client Interaction: Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the benefits of our services. Build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential clients.
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for our sales team with interested prospects.
Follow-up: Follow up with leads through email and phone to maintain a positive relationship and address any queries.
Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and Digiaxle offerings to effectively address client queries.
