Job Description

Make calls to customers to promote products or services. Generate leads and achieve sales targets. Answer customer queries and provide information. Record customer details and follow up on leads. Use good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

3. Record Keeping & Reporting

  • Maintain daily call logs and customer interaction records.
  • Update CRM/software with customer details and call outcomes.
  • Provide regular reports on sales progress and customer feedback.

4. Customer Support & Problem-Solving

  • Address customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries.
