Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Outreach & Lead Generation:
-
Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers using data provided by the company or through lead lists.

Explain loan products clearly, including features, benefits, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

Understand the customer’s needs and suggest suitable loan options.
-
Record call details, customer responses, and lead status in the CRM or sales tracking tool.
2. Loan Application Support:
-
Assist interested customers through the initial stages of the loan application.
-
Guide them on document submission, form filling, eligibility checks, and next steps in the loan process.

Coordinate with the back-office team or field staff for document pickup, verification, and further processing.
3. Follow-ups and Conversions:
-
Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective customers who showed interest but haven’t completed the application.
-
Follow up on leads assigned by the marketing or inbound inquiry team.
-
Handle objections or queries patiently and work towards converting leads into successful loan applications.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
-
Build rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote customer loyalty.

Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions, especially with customers who are new to financial products.

Educate customers about safe borrowing practices and repayment terms.
5. Reporting & Data Management:
-
Maintain daily call logs, conversion reports, and pipeline status updates.

Share daily/weekly progress with team leads or the reporting manager.

Ensure data accuracy and maintain confidentiality of customer financial information.
