Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Communication

2. Lead Generation & Sales

Identify, qualify, and convert leads into potential customers.

Maintain and update the customer database with current information.

Follow up with customers who have shown interest in products or services.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
3. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and calls.

Update the CRM system with customer details, follow-ups, and outcomes.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
4. Customer Relationship Management

Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and loyalty.

Handle customer objections and concerns professionally.

Escalate complex issues to the senior team when necessary.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
-
Ability to manage leads and update call records efficiently.
Core Competencies

Excellent verbal communication skills in English/Hindi/Regional Language.
