Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident, self-driven, and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The role involves direct interaction with potential and existing customers over the phone with the aim of generating leads, providing product or service information, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospects or respond to incoming queries with professionalism and empathy. You will work as part of a dynamic sales or support team and contribute to the organization’s growth by driving customer engagement and building positive relationships.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, patience, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:

Call potential customers from the given database or leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or online platforms.

Inform customers about the company’s products, services, schemes, offers, or events in a clear and convincing manner.

Explain benefits and features of products/services to encourage interest and convert inquiries into potential leads.

Convince prospects to schedule appointments, sign up, register, or make purchases depending on the nature of the business.
2. Inbound Support (if applicable):

Receive and respond to incoming calls from customers or prospects seeking information.

Handle inquiries regarding product features, pricing, delivery timelines, or policies.

Offer first-level support or redirect the call to the relevant department when necessary.
3. Lead Management and Follow-up:

Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system or lead management software.

Track follow-up schedules and maintain consistent communication with potential leads until they are converted.

Reconnect with leads who did not respond earlier and revive dormant leads with new offers or engagement tactics.
4. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain proper records of calls, customer details, and outcomes.

Prepare and submit daily or weekly call reports to the supervisor.

Document customer preferences, feedback, and concerns to improve service offerings.
5. Customer Relationship Building:

Build a positive rapport with customers through professional and courteous communication.

Answer questions confidently, address objections, and provide relevant information to facilitate decision-making.

Ensure customer satisfaction through quality conversations and proactive service.
