Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients or customers, answering inquiries, and promoting products or services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly nature , and the ability to handle objections and close sales when needed.
Key responsibilities
1) Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers or leads from the database to promote products/services.
2) Customer Engagement: Explain the company’s offerings, answer questions, and handle objections effectively to drive sales or service inquiries.
3) Customer Service: Provide information on existing products/services, assist with inquiries, and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
4) Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales or call targets, as set by the management.
5) Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential leads or clients who have shown interest in products/services.
6) Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve team targets.
