Additional InfoCalling Customers And Informing Them About The Company's Product/ Service, Receive Calls And Solve Queries.
Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:
-
Make outbound calls to potential customers from a given database or lead list.

Introduce the company, explain product or service features, and generate interest.

Convince prospects to make inquiries, attend meetings, or make purchases depending on campaign goals.

Inbound Call Handling:
-
Receive incoming calls from customers with queries, feedback, or service requests.

Provide appropriate information, resolve minor complaints, and escalate complex issues to relevant departments.

Maintain a calm, courteous, and helpful attitude during all interactions.

Lead Generation and Follow-ups:

Identify potential leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team if required.

Follow up with clients who have shown interest through previous calls, events, or marketing activities.

Track leads and conversions, and ensure regular contact until the lead is closed or rejected.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain a database of customer contacts, conversations, and responses using CRM software or Excel sheets.

Build rapport with customers and encourage repeat engagement or referrals.

Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing or product teams.

Product/Service Promotion:

Promote products, offers, services, or events as per the assigned campaign or project.

Update customers about new features, product launches, or limited-time discounts.

Clearly explain benefits, usage, and pricing details to customers.

Data Management and Reporting:

Accurately record call details, outcomes, and customer feedback in CRM or tracking sheets.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly call reports and submit to the team leader or manager.

Keep lead databases and contact information up to date and well organized.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales, marketing, or service teams to align goals and share updates.

Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training programs.

Provide insights or suggestions for improving telecalling scripts or customer experience.

Follow all company policies regarding call etiquette, privacy, and data protection.
